The steps in the selection process can vary depending on the function you are applying for.

Step 1 – CV and motivation letter

The pre-selection: first we screen your CV and your motivation letter. In addition, we ask ourselves a handful of important questions such as: does your profile match with the employee we are looking for? Is your motivation consistent with our expectations?

Step 2 – Phone screening

During your phone conversation with one of our HR staff, we get to know you better and you will have the chance to reinforce your candidature.

Step 3 – HR-interview

We gladly invite you for a thorough HR interview.
An external assessment can follow, depending on job profile.

Step 4 – Business-interview

During the business interview, you will be introduced to your future manager and your application is put one last time under the microscope.
