The Operations department of Alpha Card brings together all (back-end) units that deliver a premium service to every cardholder in possession of private or corporate cards and to every merchant accepting the American Express cards.

A constant search for quality is the motto inspiring all our actions so we can deliver the customers of Alpha Card an extraordinary experience they will never forget.

The different departments are organised under 3 pillars:

- Servicing deals with cardholders and merchants over the phone and assists them in every practical question relative to the use and / or the management of their account.

- Support manages the administrative part of the clients’ accounts and will therefore have limited contacts with them.

- Risk Operations is focused on a permanent and individualised follow-up of every client account in order to guarantee them an optimal use of their card products.
